Tutorial Work

Subject tutors will ensure that all students are well prepared in respect of academic studies but there are other important issues that school and student must address:-

• Preparation for entrance to University and Higher Education.

• Preparation for the world of work by gaining valued and valuable “work experience.”

• Maintaining contact with skills already acquired.

• Broadening skills and moreover acquiring new skills.

Each student in Years 12 and 13 will meet with their form teacher in a tutorial setting on a regular basis.  This is a vital contact in monitoring student progress and in the preparation for Higher Education.
